Summary0003741: Open/CloseSecureChannelRequest needs clarification in Part 4
Description

The exact contents of a CloseSecureChannelRequest are to be
defined in Part 6, the parameter secureChannelId should
be a generic type, and a comment should be added that
Part 6 may choose to leave it away.

Also the definition of OpenSecureChannelRequest implies
that Part 6 can only redefine the secureChannelId to something
else, but Part 6 does in fact redefine the whole structure, so
the wording in Part 4 should be more general here.

I wonder what the comment "The sessionId is always null." means in
Table 13 – CloseSecureChannel Service Parameters, or if it should be deleted.

There is already a statement about this right above the service parameters:

Unlike other Services, the parameters for this Service provide only an abstract definition. The concrete representation on the network depends on the mappings defined in Part 6.
