Description

"The first sentence on Page 41 and the fact, that in table 35 other parameters with other datatabe are written as defined in part 4 could lead to missunderstandings.
It should be pointed out in more detail, that part 4 is only a general description of the services. Part 6 focuses on protocol dependend details. Part 6 ""wins"" if there are conflicting statements. But part 4 should be preferably reworked to omit such conflicts."

Will add text to Part 6 noting the difference with Part 4 and explaining that Part 6 overrides Part 4

The following sentence was already added in version 1.03 above the table for the OpenSecureChannel service parameters:
Unlike other Services, the parameters for this Service provide only an abstract definition. The concrete representation on the network depends on the mappings defined in Part 6.
