| Summary | 0003938: InstrumentRange needs guidelines if one limit is not known. | ||||
| Description | Some systems may have incomplete metadata and may not be able to fill in one of the InstrumentRange limits. The specification needs to clarify: Recommendation form UA meeting Sept 4th: "If a limit is not known the maximum value for the associated datatype shall be used. e.g. if the High is not known and the DataType is UInt16 the High shall be set to 65535). | ||||
