Summary0001855: Reporting bad status for event fields only if Retain==True?
Description

The latest clarifications for connection problems to underlying systems do not talk about the affected conditions.

I think we discussed that only conditions where Retain==True do trigger new events where the affected event fields are set to Bad_NoCommunication.

There is one reference in 5.14.1 Communication problems but it is not clearly stated there.

Should be clarified in

  • 5.5.2 ConditionType -> Quality
  • 5.14.1 Communication problems

In addition the new chapter 5.14.1 Communication problems needs some English review. Several sentences make no sense or are incomplete.
