Description

The description in section 4.2 (last paragraph) is confusing.
Either generate audit events or not.

Other things not described in the specification:
Where is the difference between enabling and disabling a condition in the event properties?
If the server enables / disables conditions (not via method call), which MethodId shall be set in the event?
