| Description | The spec states: The Attribute is intended to describe the capability of the Variable, not the current size. This implies the attribute does specify a max or a min or any useful information. The fix is not clear: The Attribute specifies the length of each dimension, if they are known. If the length of a dimension is not known or variable corresponding value is 0. Even if the length is fixed a particular value may have length of 0 (indicating that no data is currently available). | ||||

Update to: The Attribute specifies the maximum supported length for each dimension. If the maximum is unknown the value is 0. |
