Description

What happen, if a gap in the sequence number is detected? It should be explicit explained how to react on this case. (Error message, connection break, ...)

Additional Information

This is also an implementation bug. The ANSI C and .NET stacks need to check sequence numbers. Will add a paragraph to 6:6.7.6 that states that bad sequence number means the channel is closed.
