Summary0004230: VariableType with Mandatory EngineeringUnits
Description

In different specification groups (e.g. Robotics, IO-Link) the topic came up that the AnalogItemType cannot be used because of the mandatory EURange Property. In addition, it is sometimes desirable to require the EngineeringUnits Property.
The EngineeringUnits Property is already defined in Part 3 so every specification could easily create their own VariableType similar to AnalogItemType without mandatory EURange and with mandatory EngineeringUnits but for better interoperability it would be good to define such a VariableType in Part 8 so everybody can use the same VariableType.

Agreed to add two new types derived from DataItemType.

Supertype - EUItemType (same as AnalogItemType but with Units and EU Range optional).
derived type - AnalogUnitItemType (derived from EUItemType wher Units is mandatory)

This needs to be an amendment to 1.04

Created an Amendment called "OPC UA Part 8- DataAccess RC 1.04.02 Amendment 1 AnalogItemTypes".
Also added the text to version 1.05.2 of Part 8.
